Full Moon Embodied Burlesque - March 7

Join Serese and Lily in this 2 hour body lovin’, full moon feelin’ special event. This evening will be all about unapologetically expressing ourselves through sensuality and movement - for ourselves, and nobody else.

As an Embodiment Coach and Movement Educator, Lily creates space for women to move their bodies without judgement while offering opportunities for them to trust their bodies, love themselves, and live unapologetically. Named one of Austin’s Extraordinary Women of 2022, she has transformed thousands of women’s lives over the course of twenty years.

During her career as a professional dancer, she graced many stages and met countless incredible women. She even shared the stage with Beyoncé, the Queen herself!  She applies decades of dance training; 200 hours of certified trauma-informed yoga instruction; and her personal experience to make feminine movement accessible to professional women. Ladies take her lessons to the bedroom, boardroom and everywhere in between.

Serese is the Founder of Sass N Strut and Brown Burlesque. She is an Austin, Tx native who has built over a decade long professional performance career in dance, burlesque and acting. As a performer her art lies in telling stories through dance and movement and collaborating with local music legends and rising stars. When Burlesque found her in 2008, it gave all of her years of technical dance training a home and allowed her to embrace the individuality of who she was as a dancer and performer. Feeling this empowerment is what led her to create Sass N Strut - and then Brown Burlesque.
