Body Love Mini Series with Cristal

Welcome back to Sass N Strut Performance Series! Our Body Love Mini Series is lead by Cristal and will be a 5 class series totaling up to 8 training hours, plus a live performance at our December 4th Showcase.

This series is going to be a space to celebrate how magical our vessels are. Can you just fall in love with the idea that all of our bodies are different, and yet we share one love in common, movement?! This space will focus on the power of our combined energies sharing the love of dance TOGETHER. And to make it even yummier...(; We're moving to a lil' mix to the powerhouse of vocals herself, Mariah Carey! Cristal can't wait to share this experience with you!

Wednesdays, 7:30-9pm - 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, a final two hour 7:30 -9:30 session on 11/30, and a dress rehearsal on 12/3.
